The Sinhala Ravaya says it will file a complaint at the National Police Commission against the Police Department on the failure to take action during the recent unrest in Kandy.
General Secretary of the organization Magalkande Sudatta thera told us that the delay in conducting investigations into such allegations by the Police Commission is an issue.
He further said that the Police Commission did not have to wait to receive a complaint to commence investigations into the allegations.
