UNP Ministers and MPs have pooled their vehicles to provide transport for AL students inconvenienced by the railway strike.
They will be picked up from railway stations and dropped off at their exam centres.
The programme was initiated by Policy Planning and Economic Affairs State Minister Dr. Harsha de Silva.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister's Chief of Staff Minister Sagala Ratnayaja said the government would resort to every possible action to defeat the 'trade union terrorism."
