Speaking in Parliament today Speaker Karu Jayasooriya states that following legal counselling, he has been informed that if the relevant stake holders are in concordance of maintaining the unity government, the presentation of an agreement to Parliament is unwarranted.
The Speaker made this remark in response to a question raised by MP Dinesh Gunawardhana.
