Kareena Kapoor will turn writer. Yes, you read it right. For an actress who has never professed a great love for books, that is certainly a huge leap. We are not sure if she will actually pen down her thoughts or get it ghost written (most likely it’s the latter) but the subject is close to her heart – pregnancy.
Why pregnancy? Simply because Kareena has busted several myths about pregnancy during the time she was carrying baby Taimur. The actress ruled the airwaves with photoshoots, commercial assignments and films all through the nine months of her pregnancy. Then just, after 45 days after giving birth, she was attending parties and even walked the ramp as a showstopper.
This has impressed publishers who are apparently wooing her to write a book about her experiences. And after much thought, she has agreed to do so. A source told a tabloid, “In the glam world, pregnancy is equated to a disease and an actress’ career is considered over once she has a baby. Her book will attack the stigma around pregnancy and how she was able to shatter the so-called norms."
Apparently, Kareena wants to be careful when it comes to writing about her personal life as her intention is to remove the hype around pregnancy and teach women to treat it like just another milestone. But it’s expected that she would be writing about the furore of baby Taimur’s name as well her workout regimen and weight loss.
